Custom Wig Orders

Every Prototype Society custom wig is made specifically for you. Because each unit is customized to your chosen specifications, please read the following information before placing your order.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, payment must first complete processing before production begins. Website payments may take up to 3 business days to clear.

Once payment has been successfully processed, we begin sourcing materials, preparing your order, and scheduling your customization.

Production & Delivery

Estimated delivery times for custom wigs are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Typical timeframe:

• Payment processing: Up to 3 business days
• Material sourcing (where applicable): Approximately 3–7 business days
• Customization: 1–3 business days
• Shipping: Varies depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Most custom wig orders arrive within 10–14 business days after payment has cleared. However, please allow up to 4 weeks for international orders or during periods of high demand, supplier delays, customs processing, or courier delays.

We always provide conservative delivery estimates to avoid overpromising.

Shipping

All orders include tracked shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking information by email.

Please note that courier delivery times are outside of our control.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because every custom wig is made specifically for the individual customer, all custom wig sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, including during payment processing or while materials are being sourced.

By placing a custom wig order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates provided before or after purchase are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Prototype Society is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing, suppliers, customs clearance, or shipping carriers.
